Notice to Website Users Regarding OUR Website Accessibility Exemption Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”)
WE EXEMPT from complying with the provisions of the “ADA” as stipulated in the “ACT” on Page 9, paragraph (a) as follows:
(a): In general, the term “Employer” means a person engaged in industry affecting commerce who has more than 15 employees for each working day in each of the 20 or more calendar weeks in the current or proceeding year, and any agent of such person, except that, for two years following the effective date of this subchapter.
Stipulation 1: We have less than 15 employees in the current or preceding year.
Stipulation 2: All meeting are held at our clients location, practicing Covid safety protocols.
ADA Enhancements to Next Generation Website:
We are presently working on the next generation of our website that will provide for braille readers and other enhancements as defined under the WCAG 2.0 standards. This is of great expense to our business, but necessary as we want to do business with everybody. We are compiling website design criteria and when complete will seek price quotations from outside web designers.
